Consistent hand pressure on a quality sanding blockrather than bare-hand sandingis what separates flat, level repairs from wavy ones that read in reflective light. The block transfers pressure evenly across the abrasive face, preventing the ‘thumb print’ high spots and low areas that finger sanding creates. Use on every manual sanding operation from P80 body filler blocking through P400 sealer finishing for consistently flat, professional results.
